What we collect

When you send a request on spark1.com, we collect what you type: your name, business name, phone number, email, current website, type of business and your message. If you tick the text-message box, we also record that consent, the exact wording you agreed to, and when you agreed. When we talk on the phone, calls are recorded, and we tell you so at the start of every call.

How we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare your redesign concept, set up and remind you of appointments, and provide the services you buy from us. We keep call and consent records as the law requires, typically for five years.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.

Who helps us

We use service providers to run our business: hosting, payment processing (Stripe), and phone and text delivery (Twilio). They receive only what they need to do that job.

Do not call and opt-out

Tell us "stop" on any call, reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will stop contacting you across all channels. We keep a record of your request so it stays honored.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you (except records we must keep by law) by replying to any message from us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
